Ode to my desk… My desk is snuzzled in its own office, with a copy machine to keep it company and a map of partner programs to the agency to look at when its bored.  My desk has a friend, my chair, that serves as the little spoon when I’m not here to keep it company.  Whenever I’m not at a conference, regional meeting, or perusing Seattle, I keep my desk company.  I work on surveys, research advocacy methods/trends, contact a plethura of people to start off my grassroots organizing efforts, or just check my four different e-mails.
